Consulting Services
Shipping Carrier Request for Proposal (RFP)
We complete an analysis of your current shipping operations then use that data to conduct an extensive RFP to negotiate contract terms, rates and provide recommendations on service levels, carriers, costs, and transit times. We also develop a transition plan and provide support during the implementation of new service providers.
Fulfillment 3PL Provider RFP
We analyze your current network design and run various scenarios to find the optimum location(s) for your fulfillment operations based on fulfillment fees, shipping rates, transit times, customer locations, and inbound costs. We then conduct an extensive RFP to find the right 3PL partner that has the rates, terms, and scalability needed. We also develop a transition plan and provide support during the implementation of new service providers.
OPS Leadership Back Fill
Life happens and when it happens to your OPS leaders there is a void in oversight and continuous improvement direction. During a leave of absence we can step in and act as OPS leaders while your employee(s) are temporarily out. During this time we can manage the entire supply chain process from forecasting to fulfillment.
Supply Chain Management
We can optimize your supply chain operations to support any channel(s) you sell through. We also provide day-to-day operational support by creating KPI's to monitor and track key supply chain activities. Once data is collected and KPI's are put in place we will provide recommendations to meet your goals as efficiently as possible.
Inventory Planning & Reconciliation
Inventory management is an important balance between working capital and shelf life/inventory turns. We consider this important balance when building inventory management tools for your organization. We can provide tools to manage detailed forecasts and supply planning for both finished goods and raw materials.
